The Demo Day took place yesterday evening, marking the conclusion of HabiSmart’s third edition — the accelerator dedicated to PropTech and Sustainable Construction, part of the CDP Venture Capital National Accelerator Network. The program is managed by Zest and promoted by COIMA Group, Ariston Group, and NovaCapital (who co-invest alongside CDP Venture Capital and Zest in the accelerated startups), and MassChallenge, with corporate partners Planet Smart City and Reale Group.
The event marked the end of an intense entrepreneurial growth path for the six startups, who pitched their innovative solutions to a curated audience of corporates and industry stakeholders.
Over the past three years, HabiSmart has accelerated 23 startups, selected from over 450 applications, and invested over €4.5 million between initial and follow-on rounds.
The PropTech sector is rapidly expanding and transforming the real estate industry across the entire value chain through the integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
The three-year journey of the HabiSmart accelerator saw the investment in and participation of 23 startups, selected from over 450 applications.
In 2024, the global PropTech market reached a value of $36.55 billion, with forecasts projecting it to grow to $89.93 billion by 2032, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.9% between 2025 and 2032. In particular, PropTech startups focused on AI and automation attracted more than $3.2 billion in venture capital investment in 2024 — highlighting the growing interest in advanced tech solutions for real estate.
In this landscape, HabiSmart stands out as a key innovation hub in PropTech, supporting the entrepreneurial growth of Italian startups aiming to redefine the future of the sector.

E-Building: creates a building’s Digital Identity by combining BIM, Digital Twin, and IoT for optimized document and maintenance management throughout the property lifecycle.
Iotilize.me: develops IoT solutions to optimize industrial waste collection, monitoring volumes in real-time and automating logistics to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Neocad: transforms 3D CAD design using generative AI, accelerating complex processes and allowing teams to focus on creativity and innovation.
SmartBilly: automates electricity and gas utility management by comparing real-time offers to ensure maximum savings with no contracts or fixed costs.
