Therefore, the following Sustainability Reports have not been audited by the independent auditing firm and do not constitute a “non-financial statement” for legal purposes.

Rather, the Reports describe the Company’s contribution to ESG matters and the way in which these principles are integrated into its corporate structure, in the belief that such topics are relevant to the market and to all other stakeholders.

The document has been prepared using data processed by the relevant corporate functions and information obtained directly from the portfolio startups.
